today is celebrated in 180 countries around the world, World Red Cross Day, an event coinciding with the anniversary of the birth of Henry Dunant.
I feel obliged to send to all pioneers and operators of the Red Cross unanimously the feeling of closeness and appreciation for the unremitting efforts made by all act to facilitate the improvement of living conditions of people made vulnerable.
